Minibus Hire Charges

The charges detailed below are inclusive of operating costs. (e.g. diesel, oil and insurance)

For bookings accepted on or after Sunday 27th July 2008.

Milton Youth Groups	62p per mile	57p per mile	Minimum charge - see below
All Other Groups	72p per mile	62p per mile	Minimum charge - see below

 Minimum Charge

£8.00 for the first day of each booking (24 consecutive hours).

£12.00 for the second day of each booking (48 consecutive hours).

£20.00 per day thereafter.

For example (wef 27th July 2008):

Milton youth group trip of 100 miles lasting one day:

Mileage cost £59.50 (minimum charge £8.00)

Milton youth group trip of 100 miles lasting five days:

Mileage cost £59.50, but minimum charge £8 + £12 + £60 = £80.00
