Annual Parish Meeting

What is the Annual Parish Meeting?

All parishes, whether or not they have a parish council hold a meeting once a year to discuss the affairs of the parish. It is an opportunity for the parish council to report on what it's been up to during the year, for other village organisations make presentations, and for villagers to raise their concerns.

When and Where is it Held?

In Milton the annual parish meeting is held in late April usually at the Bowls Pavilion in Coles Road. In the months before the meeting the date will be advertised on the Parish Noticeboard, which is located behind the war memorial on the corner of Coles Road and Fen Road. The date will also be given in the diary on these pages.
